The project centered around using a licensed property as inspiration for the collection. I chose the anime One Piece due to its massive—and continually growing—fanbase. The series is known not only for its global popularity but also for its diverse and inclusive cast of characters, which resonated with the project's values. This choice made One Piece an ideal brand partner, with the potential to attract a broader customer base and drive higher KPIs through authentic fan connection and culturally relevant design.
